  • We offer Community Guide and Housing Guide services through Virginia’s DD Waiver program. Our goal is to help individuals with developmental disabilities connect to resources, explore housing options, and build meaningful community connections.

  • Individuals receiving Virginia’s Developmental Disability (DD) Waiver who have an assigned Support Coordinator may qualify for Community or Housing Guide services.

  • You can contact us directly or ask your Support Coordinator to send a referral. Once we receive it, we’ll reach out to schedule an introduction and review your goals together.

  • Our services are funded through Virginia Medicaid’s DD Waiver, so there’s no out-of-pocket cost to the individual or family
